Fenugreek is proven natural remedy for hair problems. Fenugreek has many benefits for hair. It is rich in protein and nicotinic acid which is beneficial for hair fall and dandruff. It helps in controlling hair loss, hair thinning, gives a smoothening effect, shine, itchy scalp and many more. It also helps in hair growth.

Ingredients:

1 ripe banana

1 teaspoon - fenugreek

2 spoon curd

1 teaspoon olive oil

Preparation:

Mix everything in a blender till it forms a smooth paste. Apply it all over hair and leave it for 20 - 30 min and wash in cold water.

Use this for hair growth twice or thrice a month.
