1cup coconut oil or olive oil
1-2 teaspoon - fenugreek
Preparation:
Into a jar pour oil of your choice and then add fenugreek seeds. Tightly close the jar and keep it aside for 2 - 3 weeks and use it once a week this helps in controlling hair fall and thinning.
